  Business Manager, Survey & Engineering Division (沈阳市)  

Responsibilities: Growing the direct sales of Survey & Engineering products in China market. The main responsibilities will include:

    - Developing and implementing growth strategies and relevant action plans to enhance greater market share

    - Developing and implementing yearly sales plans and responsible for achieving the sales and profit targets

    - Overseeing the strategies of large projects/tenders

    - Building strong customer relationship to maximize coverage and services to HQ management and end-users

    - Building strong customer satisfaction to achieve high levels of customer loyalty

    - Ensuring business is conducted in the highest professional and ethical standards

    - Providing timely market intelligence and sales forecasts

    - Coordinating with China marketing manager and product managers to support overall success

Requirements:

    - Bachelor and above degree on Survey/Civil Engineering, MBA is preferable

    - A minimum of 6-8 years of working experience, preferably in a Survey & Engineering industry;

    - Strong S&E Government relationship

    - Ability in strategic planning and results oriented

    - Chinese and excellent knowledge of English language speaking and writing

    - Good interpersonal skill as well as communication skill
